Delivery
We offer 3 delivery and collection methods for your orders:
- Withdrawal by CLICK N'COLLECT .
- Delivery by COLISSIMO TO YOUR HOME .
- Delivery to COLISSIMO COLLECTION POINT .
We only deliver to mainland France as well as to Europe, member countries of the European Community ( Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Sweden ).
PREPARING YOUR PACKAGE
Once payment for your order has been accepted, your order will be in the status:

A preparer will then take care of photographing and packaging your item(s) for shipment.
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. Preparation costs are fixed, while transport costs vary depending on the total weight of the package. We recommend consolidating all of your items into one order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each order.
Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items. The box dimensions are appropriate and your items are properly protected. In addition, we systematically take photographs of the products before putting them in packages to ensure the conformity of the items.

If you have opted for in-store collection, your order will be ready to be collected at your store's checkout an average of 2 hours after placing your order (during your store's opening hours)*.

Packages are generally shipped within 24 hours* of receipt of payment. They are shipped via COLISSIMO with a tracking number and delivered against signature only. Regardless of the delivery method chosen, we will send you a link to track your package directly on www.laposte.fr or on our dedicated tools in your customer area .
When we have delivered your package to La Poste, your order will go to the status:

You will then be able to follow its journey using its tracking number.
COLISSIMO HOME WITH SIGNATURE
Once the package has been prepared by us, it will be delivered to you within an indicative time of 48 hours and given against signature. If you are absent, a delivery notice will be left for you allowing you to choose a new delivery date on the Internet within 6 working days or to collect your package the next day at 3 p.m. at the post office of your choice.
If you do not express a choice, you can then collect your package from your local post office, within 15 days.

COLISSIMO COLLECTION POINT
With Colissimo Point Retrait you have several collection methods to choose from to collect your package
– At La Poste , you can choose the establishment to which you wish to have it delivered (without first sending your bill to your home) among the 9,000 post offices available throughout mainland France.
Once the package has been prepared by us, it will be delivered to you within an approximate time of 48 hours and you will be informed of the availability of your package by SMS and e-mail. You can then come and collect it within 10 working days. After this period, your package will be returned to us.

– in Pickup relay , you can choose one of the 7,500 local merchants in the Pickup network, near your home, your place of work or vacation, to whom you wish to have your delivery
Once the package has been prepared by us, it will be delivered to you within an approximate time of 48 hours and you will be informed of the availability of your package by SMS and e-mail. You can then come and collect it within 10 working days. After this period, your package will be returned to us.

– in Pickup Station locker , you can choose one of the 500 automatic collection lockers to have your package delivered. Located on your route (station, metro, parking, shopping centers, etc.) they are accessible 7 days a week and 24 hours a day (except instructions subject to the schedules of shopping malls and transport zones)
Once the package has been prepared by us, it will be delivered to you within an approximate time of 48 hours and you will be informed of the availability of your package by SMS and e-mail. The latter will specify your collection codes allowing you to collect your package during 3 working days. After this period, your package will be returned to us.
