We deliver only in Metropolitan France as well as in Europe, the member countries of the European Community (Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Sweden).

PREPARING YOUR PACKAGE

Once payment for your order has been accepted, your order will be in the status:

  Accepted Payment 

in your customer area under the heading: "History and details of my orders".

Your order will then enter the status:

A picker will then take care of photographing and packing your item(s) for shipment.

Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. The preparation costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that you consolidate all of your items into one order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each of them.

Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items. Box sizes are appropriate and your items are properly protected. In addition, we systematically take photographs of the products before packing them to ensure the conformity of the articles.

Bring your order confirmation and an identity document to proceed with the withdrawal. If you want another person to pick up your order, you will need to give them the order confirmation sent by email as well as your identity document.

Packages are generally dispatched within 24 hours* of receipt of payment. They are sent via COLISSIMO with a tracking number and delivered with signature only. Whatever the delivery method chosen, we send you a link to track your package directly on www.laposte.fr or on our dedicated tools in your customer area.

When we have delivered your package to La Poste, your order will be in the status:

You will then be able to follow his journey thanks to his tracking number.

COLISSIMO DOMICILE WITH SIGNATURE

Once the package has been prepared by us, it will be delivered to you within an indicative period of 48 hours and delivered against signature. If you are absent, a transit advice note will be left for you allowing you to choose a new delivery date on the Internet within 6 working days or to collect your package the next day at 3 p.m. at the post office of your choice.

If you do not express a choice, you will then be able to collect your package from your local post office, within 15 days.

COLISSIMO WITHDRAWAL POINT

With Colissimo Point Withdrawal you have several withdrawal methods to choose from to collect your parcel

At your Local Post Service, you can choose the establishment where you want to have it delivered (without first having your bill sent to your home) from among the 9,000 post offices available throughout mainland France.

Once the package has been prepared by us, it will be delivered to you within an indicative period of 48 hours and you will be informed of the availability of your package by SMS and e-mail. You can then pick it up within 10 working days. After this time, your package will be returned to us.

in Pickup relay, you can choose one of the 7500 local merchants of the Pickup network, near your home, your place of work or vacation, to which you wish to have it delivered

Once the package has been prepared by us, it will be delivered to you within an indicative period of 48 hours and you will be informed of the availability of your package by SMS and e-mail. You can then pick it up within 10 working days. After this time, your package will be returned to us.

in the Pickup Station locker, you can choose one of the 500 automatic pick-up lockers to have your parcel delivered. Set up on your route (station, metro, car park, shopping centres, etc.) they are accessible 24/7 (except instructions subject to the opening hours of shopping malls and transport zones)

Once the package has been prepared by us, it will be delivered to you within an indicative period of 48 hours and you will be informed of the availability of your package by SMS and e-mail. The latter will give you your collection codes allowing you to collect your package for 3 working days. After this time, your package will be returned to us.
